Pork shoulder ham "Giravolta"


​​​​​​​INGREDIENTS
:

- Špaleta (cured pork shoulder)
- Olive oil
- Malvasia or Teran wine

PREPARATION:

Cut the semi-dry špaleta into slices slightly thicker than prosciutto.

Turn (sauté) the slices in warm olive oil, then finish by drizzling with Istrian Malvasia or Teran wine.

Serve with polenta or fritaja (Istrian-style scrambled eggs).
