St. Francis of Assisi

The church of St. Francis of Assisi is located by the Vodnjan - Bale road. It was constructed in the 13th century.

The interior of the church was decorated by frescoes, of which only traces are left behind today.

The “kazuns” park can be found not far from the church, in order to accentuate the specific and characteristic architecture of the area of Vodnjan.
